What you do

As Senior Product Manager, you will play a central role in steering and advancing product development initiatives for our Flexibility Commercialization offerings. You will identify high-value opportunities and shape solutions together with business and technology stakeholders to increase sales success and contribution margin.
You will analyze customer feedback, markets, regulations, competitors, potential partners, and service providers, and develop products, our customer like and aligned with the needs of Sales, Operations and Fulfillment, Trading, Software Engineering, Legal, and Finance. With a strong focus on quantitative analysis and continuous improvement, you will build sustainable, scalable products.

• Product Strategy: Define and drive the long-term product roadmap. You identify market trends in the flexibility space and translate them into a scalable product strategy through a transparent process that incorporates both internal and external insights.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor the European flexibility commercialization landscape, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to ensure our products are a head of the market.
• Discovery & Innovation: You lead product discovery to identify the next generation of our product features and define the requirements for the development teams together with the Product Owners.
• Stakeholder Orchestration: You act as a peer to the Sales, Trading, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal team.You manage high-level requirements and ensure that the product promises of our products align with our technical and processual capabilities.

Who you are

• You bring several years of experience in product management,intrading, BESS or ancillary services industry
• You enjoy working at the intersection of technology, product, and business, and know how to balance customer needs, commercial opportunities, and technical feasibility.
• You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to prioritization and product decision-making.
• You are an excellent communicator with the ability to gather information, challenge perspectives constructively, and align diverse stakeholders around a common direction.
• You can translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear product requirements, features, and priorities.
• You bring a strong ownership mindset and are confident navigating cross-functional dependencies across commercial, technical, and domain expert stakeholders.
