YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You own the personalization sales strategy across vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras — defining which offers reach which customers, when, and through which post-booking touchpoints
You develop segment-specific concepts that reflect real differences between family trips, partner bookings, corporate rentals, leisure travelers, and groups — because the right upgrade or protection depends entirely on context
You think through the full post-booking journey — confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in, on-rent — identifying the perfect moment for each revenue stream to engage each segment
You collaborate closely with other Product Managers to align personalization logic across web and app post-booking touchpoints
You distill complex data signals, customer segments, and revenue streams into clear, actionable strategies that teams can understand and execute
You work with business stakeholders across sales, revenue management, and operations to keep your concepts commercially solid and operationally feasible
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience Several years in digital product management or e-commerce with proven success driving revenue through personalized or segment-based product strategies
Product Craft You understand digital product development and user experience — able to read customer journeys, detect offer mismatches or flow issues, and communicate what good looks like
Clarity of Thought You absorb complex, data-rich environments and translate them into simple, structured, easily understandable strategies that are straightforward to implement
Commercial Thinking You grasp how vehicle upsells, protection products, and extras generate revenue and naturally think about growing each via smarter, relevant offers
