YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own and drive key features and projects through the entire product development cycle from ideation to launch and post-release analysis
• You define and prioritize product initiatives that fuel SIXT’s ambitious growth and scaling objectives
• You collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, operations, and data science teams to build and launch products and features
• You write clear product specifications, optimize conversion funnels, and foster a culture of experimentation with rapid prototyping and A/B testing
• You leverage product data and KPIs to make informed strategic decisions in complex environments
• You develop and execute personalization strategies to tailor content and experiences that boost user engagement and conversion

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring several years of product management experience, are skilled in agile methodologies, and have worked cross-functionally, especially on customer-facing digital products
• Teamwork You have collaborated closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product features aligned with business goals
• Skills You are adept at using data insights and A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses, optimize features, and drive product decisions
• Quality of work You are energetic, hard-working, and continuously learning in a fast-changing digital ecosystem, focused on delivering the highest quality in complex products
• Mentality & Problem Solving You have a hands-on, can-do attitude, are resourceful and creative, and capable of independently solving challenging problems
