As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering improvements across Marketplace Balancing, working with a cross-functional team supporting couriers, customers, and merchants. You will identify and prioritise opportunities to develop new balancing tools and optimise existing solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to the group’s strategy and define measurable success metrics, including business impact. You will work with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and inform decision-making.

You will lead the delivery of initiatives across teams, ensuring implementation and driving improvements across the ride-hailing business.

• <point>Your strengths include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.</point>
• <point>You have a solid understanding of product development practices and tools, and work effectively within iterative, cross-functional environments.</point>
• <point>You have clear communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.</point>
