  • Manage and influence a broad stakeholder network across customers, commercial functions, technology teams, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Lead commercial performance management, including pricing, packaging, revenue growth opportunities, adoption, retention, and product profitability.
  • Define and track product, operational, and commercial success metrics, using insights to drive portfolio decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Drive AI adoption and AI-enabled product opportunities, establishing standards for evaluation, governance, testing, and implementation across product teams.
  • Defines and owns go-to-market strategy and execution, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to maximise market adoption and business impact.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers and wider product team members, strengthening product management capability and product culture.

What You Will Have

  • Expert knowledge of agile product management principles, practices, and scaled product delivery environments.
  • Expert knowledge of the Legal Sector and/or Legal Technology
  • Strong understanding of product strategy development, portfolio management, and roadmap planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of customer discovery, design thinking, user-centred product development, and UX best practice.
