About the Team
We are the TnS-Platform Product team, sitting in TnS-RPR(Risk Prevention and Response) , aiming to provide product solutions with tooling support for RPR business and XFN to inspire, preserve, and sustain trust with society stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product development for end-to-end Law Enforcement Response and legal process systems, including request intake, authentication, review, routing, fulfillment, auditability, and reporting workflows.
- Stay informed on evolving regulatory, privacy, and law enforcement trends globally, and proactively incorporate emerging requirements into product planning. Translate complex legal, operational, and compliance requirements into scalable product designs, detailed product requirements, and execution plans.
- Design and optimize workflow and case management systems that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual handling, and enhance response quality and consistency for internal legal and operations teams.
- Partner closely with LEO, Legal, Engineering, and XFN to build globally compliant and operationally scalable solutions. Work closely with global operations teams to understand pain points, identify scalability gaps, and continuously improve operational workflows and tooling experiences.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies across law enforcement workflows, including intelligent request triaging, duplicate detection, entity matching, reviewer assistance, workflow orchestration, and compliance risk detection.
- Define product requirements and system behaviors for sensitive data access, authorization controls, audit logging, evidence handling, retention policies, and secure data delivery mechanisms.
- Define success metrics and monitoring mechanisms to evaluate operational efficiency, SLA performance, automation effectiveness, fulfillment quality, and compliance adherence.
