You’ll join a value stream team where Product Management, Operations and Technology work closely together. The product teams are distributed across Belgium and abroad, with strong collaboration between Berchem, Leuven and Mechelen.
About the role
As a Senior Technology Product Manager, you will take full ownership of the product management lifecycle for Kyte, with a strong focus on product growth, international go-to-market, and roadmap execution.
You are an experienced Product Manager who feels comfortable operating closely with Product Owners, developers and designers, while also keeping a sharp eye on the market, competitors and customer needs. You translate external signals into clear product direction and tangible outcomes.
This role is hands-on, market-driven and impact-focused — ideal for a Product Manager who enjoys building and scaling digital products in a regulated but fast-moving environment.
What will you do?
Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning customer needs, regulatory requirements and business priorities
Conduct market and user research, including competitive analyses across current and future European markets
Translate market insights into clear product requirements and specifications
Collaborate daily with Product Owners, UX/UI designers and development teams to shape new features and improvements
Drive go-to-market initiatives, supporting launches in new countries (e.g. NL, DE, UK)
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Support and the Flowin (Peppol access point) team
Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback, and continuously refine the product
Support beta testing, feature rollouts and post-launch optimization
Help manage pricing experiments and validate commercial assumptions
Identify product risks early and contribute to long-term product vision and strategy

Your profile
Several years of experience as a Product Manager in software or SaaS environments
Strong background in roadmapping, requirements definition and go-to-market execution
Experience working in an international context with market expansion and localization challenges
Comfortable working with APIs, integrations and technical product concepts
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into decisions
Strong stakeholder management skills and clear communication
Fluent in English and Dutch
