The Lead Product Manager, IT Commercial is responsible for leading the strategy development and execution of the company’s core commercial technology platforms in alignment with the platform vision set by the Director of IT Commercials. This role plays a critical leadership function in translating vision into actionable roadmaps, driving platform modernization, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that enable commercial growth.
The Lead Product Manager will oversee day-to-day digital product strategy and execution for platforms including Global Ecommerce Platform, CRM, Marketing Technology, and other commercial applications. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, this role ensures platforms are scalable, modern, and optimized to support customer engagement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across global markets.
