Job Description

Israel is NVIDIA's second largest site and home to the Networking Business Unit. We are looking for the senior product manager on the ground in Israel for NVIDIA IT's Enterprise Products team. In this role you are accountable for making the productivity tools we build first-class for the IL workforce and the Networking business unit, and for building and improving our NVIDIA-wide Hardware teams productivity tool, an internal Jira purpose-built for Hardware design.

You will report to the Head of PM & Design in the US and partner daily with our US-based PM peers across Personal Assistant, NVInfo/Photon, Astra, and NVBugs. Most importantly, you will be the voice of Israel when we make global roadmap decisions, so the needs of the site are designed in from the start. Ready to help us shape how every NVIDIAN in Israel gets work done?

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Represent Israel. Engage NBU and IL business stakeholders, IL engineering leaders, and end users to surface workflows, friction points, and AI opportunities unique to this site.

  • Shape the global roadmap. Influence our broader IT Product priorities so IL needs are designed in, not bolted on.

  • Partner with IL engineering. Co-own delivery with the ~20-person IL engineering org driving NVBugs consolidation and the integration layer between NBU's internal tools and NVIDIA-wide systems (NVBugs, Jira, Salesforce, NVOnline, GitHub, GitLab).

  • Ship full-stack at scale. Own UX, backend behavior, integration design, rollout, and metrics end-to-end. Our products reach tens of thousands of users.

  • Drive outcomes. Set the adoption, engagement, and productivity metrics that anchor IL's contribution to the global plan.

What We Need to See:

  • 12+ years in PM shipping customer-facing or employee-facing products at scale.

  • Experience at a US-based company working closely with US HQ. You know how to influence a distributed roadmap across time zones.

  • Strong product sense and customer focus. You start from the JTBD, not features.

  • Full-stack instincts across UX/UI direction, backend behavior, and integration design end-to-end.

  • Bachelor's in CS or Engineering or equivalent experience; MBA or Master's preferred.

  • AI/ML product fluency, hands-on with agentic workflows, ML, or LLM-powered features.

  • Fluent English and Hebrew.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Builder DNA. You can sketch UI, prototype an agentic workflow, or stand up a PoC yourself.

  • Hardware-org or developer-tools background (bug tracking, SDLC, code review at scale).

  • Shipped agentic AI in production, not just demos.

  • A track record of moving a roadmap you do not directly own.
