About Intelligence

Intelligence is a flagship product within Telesign’s Protect
portfolio. It uses AI, data science, and real-time risk signals to help
businesses detect and prevent fraud, protect their end users, reduce
unnecessary friction for legitimate users, and improve the overall customer
experience.

As fraud threats continue to evolve globally, and as AI
capabilities reshape both fraud tactics and fraud prevention, Intelligence
plays a strategic role in Telesign’s growth. The product helps businesses make
smarter, faster, and more accurate trust decisions across the customer journey
— from onboarding and account creation to login, transactions, and ongoing user
protection. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and grow
Telesign’s Intelligence product. This is a full-stack product management role
requiring both strong technical understanding and strong business, market, and
go-to-market orientation.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with
Engineering, Data Science, Data Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing,
GTM, Legal & Privacy, Program Management, and Leadership teams to define
the product vision, shape the roadmap, support commercial growth, and drive
execution.

This person will translate customer needs, fraud trends,
market opportunities, competitive insights, and data-driven learnings into
product strategy and measurable outcomes. The role requires someone who can

research, experimentation, sales enablement, commercial planning, and GTM
execution.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving
the continued development and differentiation of Intelligence as a strategic
product within Telesign’s Digital Identity portfolio, helping strengthen
Telesign’s global fraud protection solutions and support revenue growth.

  • Experimentation and Hypothesis Testing: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams to design pilots, experiments, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Use experimentation to validate customer needs, test product hypotheses, generate learnings, and guide future product development and investment focus.
  • Product Development Oversight: Maintain the product backlog and act as Product Owner for Intelligence engineering teams. Define clear requirements, prioritize work, support agile delivery, and ensure product increments are aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and the roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Data Strategy, Program Management, Legal & Privacy, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, GTM, and Leadership teams to drive Intelligence development from concept to launch.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, roadmap priorities, milestones, risks, insights, and business impact to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership. Build alignment and support for product initiatives across technical, commercial, and strategic teams.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define and monitor key product success metrics. Analyze usage data, customer feedback, feature performance, commercial performance, and market feedback to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous product improvement.
