As the Brand Lead for the mature brand Actemra, the primary objective is to drive excellence in the implementation and execution of market strategies based on the brand's deep heritage. This includes gaining sharp insights into and actively participating in the shaping of access policies such as DRG/DIP (Policy Shaping) to establish the brand's value proposition in a complex policy environment. Through refined lifecycle management, the Brand Lead will establish a competitive defense system to continuously solidify Actemraâs leadership in the immunology field and achieve steady business growth.

1. Strategy Localization & Execution Excellence
Strategy Translation: Translate national brand strategies into actionable and measurable regional execution plans, ensuring high-quality implementation of various market activities.
2. Policy Insight & Policy Shaping
Addressing DRG/DIP Challenges: Conduct in-depth research on the impact of local DRG/DIP payment policies on biologic prescription behavior; develop targeted hospital access and clinical department operation solutions to mitigate access barriers.
3. Lifecycle Management (LCM) & Competitive Defense
Strategic Defense: In anticipation of VBP (Volume-based Procurement) or biosimilar entries, develop differentiated competitive defense strategies (including but not limited to maximizing the advantages of subcutaneous formulations).
Barrier Construction: Increase switching barriers through strengthened market access and other strategic initiatives.
4. KOL Management & Academic Platform Construction
Maintain academic relationships with leading experts and build academic platforms to ensure the continuity of the brandâs professional voice.
5. Cross-functional Leadership & Team Empowerment
Business Achievement: Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Access, and Digital departments to achieve business objectives and solidify Actemraâs leading position in the immunology field.
Sales Force Empowerment: Responsible for updating the brand knowledge base and providing capability training for the sales force, particularly focusing on enhancing their persuasive logic under complex policy scenarios.
