We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to create and drive the product vision, planning, and roadmap execution for our Online Lead Delivery systems. This is a platform role owning the services and core logic that power how high-intent buyers and sellers are routed, matched, and delivered to real estate professionals across the Compass International Holdings ecosystem.
You will be responsible for the systems that govern lead routing, distribution, prioritization, and delivery across owned channels like Compass.com and strategic partners. You will focus on enabling Product, Engineering, and business teams to efficiently manage and optimize lead flow, leveraging your expertise in marketplace dynamics, routing logic, and data-driven decisioning. Your work will directly impact conversion, speed to lead, and agent success at scale.
This role strongly prefers PM experience on large-scale real estate products.

Compensation: The salary pay range for this position is a base pay of $ 166,400- $184,900 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
