  • Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering complex products from concept to launch.

  • Experience working with healthcare interoperability, healthcare data exchange, revenue cycle management, healthcare transaction services, or clinical workflow solutions.

  • Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, or data-driven platforms.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, including payer-provider interactions, clinical workflows, or healthcare administrative transactions.

  • Experience using data, analytics, customer insights, and KPIs to drive product decisions.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Oracle Health products, healthcare providers, payers, revenue cycle vendors, clearinghouses, or interoperability platforms.

  • Experience with prior authorization, claims management, eligibility verification, remittance processing, referrals, attachments, or related revenue cycle workflows.

  • Experience building AI-powered healthcare products, generative AI solutions, conversational AI, clinical decision support tools, or intelligent workflow automation.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycles, model evaluation methodologies, and responsible AI practices.

  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and related compliance frameworks.

  • Experience launching 0-to-1 products and driving market adoption.

  • Experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms, SaaS products, and large-scale distributed systems.

  • MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced experience.
