Create your best future and join as a Senior Product Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy
What’s the role?
As a Senior Product Manager, you lead customer quality, segment GTM strategy, and risk‑informed execution across a multi‑product portfolio within a broader acquisition and activation system. You are accountable for your segment or initiative outcomes end‑to‑end, from shaping Go‑To‑Market strategy and campaign design to monitoring performance and contributing to forward pipelines. You ensure commercial decisions are well structured, aligned, and focused on delivering sustainable, customer‑centric growth.
Additionally, you’ll identify customer quality and risks early, ensuring controls are embedded through journey design, eligibility rules, and exception handling before initiatives scale. You will bring teams together across functions to align priorities, solve problems, and drive delivery momentum. You’ll lead campaign and initiative planning within your segment, contributing to roadmaps and propositions that maximise long‑term value for priority customer groups.
You will track performance against forecasts, using data and insights to identify drivers and recommend actions, challenge low‑value work, and recommend actions to improve outcomes. You will lead stakeholders with confidence, present clear options with trade‑offs, and ensure decisions are shared and delivered effectively across teams.
