We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager – Go-To-Market B2C, who will be responsible for executing GTM initiatives targeting Residential segment, focusing on commercial growth. The role translates commercial and product strategy into actionable, market-ready plans, ensuring effective campaign execution, successful product launches, and strong performance across all channels. The position works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Digital, CVM, Operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and impactful execution in the market.
What will you do:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for mass-market products and offers, focus on high-volume acquisition funnels.
- Support the design of value propositions with emphasis on competitiveness, pricing structures, and promotional mechanics in collaboration with Product and Commercial teams.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing and sales activation plans.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of product launches and commercial campaigns across all channels.
- Ensure launch readiness across digital platforms (web, landing pages, campaigns), CRM, sales channels, and customer care. Align campaigns with CVM & customer lifecycle strategies.
- Collaborate with Digital and Performance teams to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.
- Act as a key point of contact between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CVM teams to ensure alignment on GTM priorities.
- Monitor and analyze performance across campaigns and channels focus on leads, conversions, volumes, CAC, ROI. Optimize digital performance & funnel efficiency.
- Identify optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement of GTM execution.
- Support D2D, telesales, and retail channels with materials, training content, and tools. Create simple, scalable sales scripts.
- Coordinate with external agencies for campaign development and execution.
- Prepare reports, insights, and presentations on GTM performance and key learnings.
What you need to be successful:
- A BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Business, Data Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in cross-functional coordination & campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & performance channels.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels (awareness, performance, conversion), consumer behavior & customer journeys.
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret KPIs (CAC, conversion rates, ROI).
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM tools, and high-volume acquisition campaigns.
- Ability to optimize conversion funnels at scale.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms (Meta, Google, CRM).
- Experience in energy, utilities, telecom, or subscription-based business is considered a strong asset.
- Professional Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel)
