We are venture funded and growing rapidly in the explosive $100+ billion dollar STR industry. We deliver a customized end-to-end experience that is tailored just for groups and powered with technology at every layer.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly hands-on Senior Product Manager with exceptional product taste, strong design instincts, and a builder mindset.

AI is changing what great product managers can do. The best PMs can now move much further from problem to solution themselves: understanding customers, exploring ideas, designing experiences, building prototypes, testing concepts, and iterating before significant engineering investment. We want someone who already operates this way.

You'll focus primarily on AvantStay's consumer experience across discovery, booking, trip planning, pre-arrival, in-stay experiences, and retention. You'll have significant ownership and a high bar for both speed and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Own important consumer problems end-to-end. Start with the customer problem and carry it through discovery, design, build, launch, and iteration.
• Build, don't just specify. Use AI and modern product tools to turn ideas into working experiences quickly.
• Set a high design bar. Create and critique user flows, interactions, copy, and prototypes. Know when something is merely functional versus genuinely great.
• Obsess over the customer. Talk to guests, watch how they use the product, study behavioral signals, and turn those insights into better experiences.
• Drive the consumer funnel. Improve discovery, conversion, engagement, repeat behavior, and the overall guest experience.
• Experiment constantly. Form clear hypotheses, test quickly, learn from real behavior, and iterate.
• Partner deeply with Engineering and Design. Work through tradeoffs in real time and stay close to the details through launch.
• Use AI as leverage. Apply AI throughout the product process to move faster, explore more possibilities, and raise the quality of what gets shipped.
• Maintain a high craft bar. Care about hierarchy, interaction, responsiveness, edge cases, copy, and polish.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years building consumer products, ideally across web or mobile.

• A track record of shipping products that materially improved conversion, engagement, retention, or customer experience.
• Exceptional product taste. You know what great consumer software feels like and can clearly explain why.
• Strong design instincts. You can independently create compelling flows and prototypes and push a product toward a better UX.
• A full-stack product mindset. You are comfortable moving across research, design, analytics, prototyping, experimentation, technical tradeoffs, and execution.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and a demonstrated ability to use them to materially increase your output.
• Strong technical intuition. You understand systems, APIs, data, and implementation constraints well enough to work effectively with engineers.
• High agency. You make progress without waiting for perfect requirements or large supporting teams.
• Strong written communication and the ability to operate effectively in a distributed team.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
