As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the strategy for our high-performance database core. You will define and drive the product vision and own the roadmap for critical components, including the compiler, engine, data management, and interfaces.
Define the product strategy and roadmap for the database core
Collaborate closely with engineering managers and create product documentation for upcoming engineering cycles to ensure roadmap execution
Engage with customers to maintain strong customer-centricity
Manage stakeholders effectively and drive internal alignment across teams
Analyze market trends to stay ahead of competition and identify true differentiators
Represent and evangelize the product at events and conferences
Proven experience defining product strategy and roadmap for complex technical products
Experience working closely with engineering teams to drive product documentation and execution
Strong customer engagement skills with a focus on understanding real user needs
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and maintain organizational alignment
Market analysis skills to identify opportunities and differentiators
Experience presenting and evangelizing products at industry events or conferences

Experience working with both on-premises and modern cloud-based architectures
Hands-on SQL expertise and familiarity with data science concepts
