The role focuses on leading a cross-functional team to support early-stage ideation, accelerate value creation across the product portfolio, and ensure product decisions are guided by measurable outcomes and customer value. The position emphasizes fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

What will you do

• Participate in early‑stage ideation initiatives, turning rough ideas into validated product opportunities

• Shape problems, define hypotheses, and guide discovery and experimentation activities

• Lead a cross‑functional squad of engineers and analysts in a hands‑on, outcome‑oriented way

• Drive the creation and evolution of AI‑enabled products from idea to real usage

• Define success metrics and ensure product decisions are guided by evidence and customer value

• Take ownership of products emerging from ideation

• Continuously explore new technological and AI capabilities and translate them into product opportunities

• Act as a catalyst for product‑oriented thinking and intrapreneurship across teams

What you bring & who you are

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager working hands‑on with engineering teams

• Strong passion for building products and solving real problems, not just managing backlogs

• Experience working in ambiguous, early‑stage environments

• Solid understanding of data‑driven decision‑making and product metrics

• Strong and proven interest in AI and curiosity to continuously learn and experiment with new capabilities

• Comfortable taking ownership and accountability from idea to outcome

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
