Your opportunity:

As the Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Platforms you will have the opportunity and accountability of shaping the strategic direction, capability maturity, and value realisation of the Vodafone Business’ enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on creating and optimizing journeys and workflows across multiple domains.

The role acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, ensuring that platform enhancements align with commercial objectives, operational requirements, end-to-end customer lifecycle processes and enrich the customer experience.

To be successful, you will work collaboratively with teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and IT to understand current pain points and define future state. You will evaluate and synthesise these requirements into clear, structured business requirements and socialise high level solution concepts prior to implementation. You will be responsible for the resulting roadmap and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to manage prioritisation of these requirements.

The role will rely extensively on Salesforce adoption in Enterprise environments and incorporating future capability to optimise and enhance customer, operations, sales and marketing digital experience.

The role collaborates closely with IT architects, solution designers and engineering squads to translate requirements into feasible designs while maintaining a strong grasp of overarching architecture and business impact.

You'll make impact by:

  • Create and own BSS Platform features & Capabilities roadmap that focuses on automation, simplification and enhancing customer and stakeholder experience.
  • Own the platform roadmap, prioritisation, delivery governance and value realisation.
  • Evaluate and Synthesise customer and stakeholder pain points into clear, structured business requirements.
  • Provide Telecom BSS subject matter expertise across areas such as Order Capture, CRM structures and Product Modelling.
  • Monitor and evaluate global best practices in Telecom BSS specific to the business segment.
  • Lead structured discovery to validate root cause and quantify business impact
  • Oversee customer acquisition funnel alignment from Campaign Tracking to Book to Bill.
  • Partner with multiple business stakeholders and present coherent solutions and options to senior executives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CLM and CPQ is mandatory.
  • Salesforce Agentforce adoption for Sales and Marketing is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding senior influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Understanding of Mobile Product lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in leading, creating and owning B2B Salesforce workflows and journeys across Marketing, Sales, Product and Operations.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Journeys from Marketing, Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Activation to Usage to Revenue.
  • Telecom BSS knowledge with hands on system design experience in one or more key domains.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Sales Force CLM and CPQ.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with solution architecture, data models and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and structured product discovery.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience writing epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Proven track record of problem solving in complex business problems.
  • Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude.
  • Degree qualified, ideally in business or IT.
