We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical profile to drive the evolution of enterprise platform capabilities, partner integrations, and compliance-focused offerings at the heart of TeamViewer’s products.
You will own a portfolio of enterprise platform initiatives, including:
Drive data residency requirements and FedRAMP and IL5 compliance changes for TeamViewer in the US plus further data residency requirements for other countries
Integration-related capabilities for strategic partners such as ServiceNow and Microsoft
API and developer platform evolution across TeamViewer products
Your scope spans product-facing platform capabilities, including partner-facing APIs, integration frameworks, compliance-driven product requirements, data residency, security, and enterprise readiness.
We are seeking a technically grounded Product Owner to join our TeamViewer Remote Support, Access & Control domain. You will support cross-functional development teams working on Remote Control (Pre and In-Session), Security, Client Platforms, Performance, and Product Quality.
Define and drive product requirements, roadmap priorities, and delivery milestones for data residency, FedRAMP, IL5, and other regulated enterprise requirements across TeamViewer environments
Work closely with security, compliance, engineering, architecture, and go-to-market stakeholders to support regulated enterprise offerings for the US market and other countries
Use data, telemetry, and customer insights to drive decisions, including investment cases up to the Senior Leadership Team
Own the strategy and evolution of APIs, integration frameworks, and developer capabilities that enable secure, scalable integrations with strategic partners such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
Align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Customer Success, Architecture, and partner organizations to deliver enterprise platform initiatives.
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a comparable field.
5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or Technical Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven experience owning platform, API, integration, compliance, or enterprise SaaS products, with strong knowledge of API design, integration architectures, data residency, and enterprise compliance requirements.
Experience driving large-scale technical product initiatives involving multiple engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Strong ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, with the ability to prioritize effectively and balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives in complex environments.
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in complex global organizations without formal authority.
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
