Here at PerfectDraft, we are on a mission to deliver the ultimate beer experience, anywhere. We believe that draught beer is the highest quality beer experience that you can have, and we don’t believe it should be limited to big pubs, so we’re bringing it to small bars and into people’s homes.

Our business is at the intersection of ecommerce, technology and brewing. Our core product, the PerfectDraft machine, cools beer to a perfectly chilled consistent temperature and stores it for up to 30 days. There are more than 40 beers available to drink on PerfectDraft, all in 6 -litre returnable kegs, from craft beers to Belgian and German classics. All served exactly how the brewer intended.

The PerfectDraft team operates integrated with AB InBev, the world’s leading global brewer. This means we have both the autonomy and agility to move fast combined with the scale and expertise to transform the way people around the world drink beer in and out of home.

The Role

Are you a hands-on Senior Product Manager looking to shape the future of a global eCommerce platform? We’re scaling a high-traffic system while investing in new consumer-facing features that change how customers discover, shop, and transact.

This role combines building new experiences with strengthening and optimising existing systems, giving you real ownership and influence across product, technology, and operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of core Magento eCommerce capabilities, from strategy and roadmap to delivery and optimisation.

  • Work with senior stakeholders across Technology, Commercial, Data, and Operations to translate enterprise priorities into actionable product decisions.

  • Ensure the platform remains stable and scalable, contributing to integrations, modernisation, and legacy system rationalisation.

  • Define success through clear KPIs like conversion, average order value, merchandising effectiveness, and fulfilment performance.

  • Stay close to delivery with engineering teams to unblock progress without becoming a project manager.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ product management experience in eCommerce, omnichannel, or enterprise environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Magento, comfortable across functional and technical aspects.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience linking product decisions to revenue and operations.

  • Analytical mindset, using data to prioritise and demonstrate impact.

  • Experience working in structured environments while still driving delivery momentum.

  • Excellent communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders confidently.

  • The role involves working on-site at our office for key meetings and team collaboration.

Why Join Us?

  • A high-visibility role during a major enterprise integration and transformation.

  • Ownership of critical product areas with direct commercial impact.

  • Exposure to large-scale platform and governance decisions in a collaborative global environment.

  • An opportunity to shape a global eCommerce platform while growing your career in a dynamic, supportive team.
