What You’ll Do

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for Discretionary Investment Management and Portfolio Transition capabilities

  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert for Discretionary Investment Management and Portfolio Transitions in stakeholder forums, reviews, and executive updates
  • Support production needs by triaging issues, driving root‑cause analysis, and ensuring continuous improvement post‑launch

What you have

  • Strong understanding of Discretionary Investment Management, managed accounts, or wealth management operating models
  • Experience designing or delivering tax‑aware portfolio transition or implementation solutions
  • Proven success leading delivery in Agile / Scrum environments across multiple teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled features
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills, including comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with transition management, or tax‑managed investing solutions
  • Familiarity with centralized trading, tax overlays, or portfolio monitoring workflows
  • Experience modernizing or scaling discretionary investment platforms
  • Knowledge of Schwab products, advisory offers, or wealth management platforms
  • CFA or advanced finance‑related credentials

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
