We are launching strategic work to ensure that clients experience a consistent and secure experience across digital and advisor channels, and RBC’s full suite of services.
This includes making identity verification and secure access intuitive for clients, simplifying the process to authenticate and authorize transactions, and empowering clients with control over their data and privacy. This transformation will position RBC as the trusted leader in secure digital experiences while delivering data-driven insights to support our advisors in helping clients manage their identity and access with confidence.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a delivery squad to focus on bringing enhanced digital identity capabilities to market for our clients and advisors. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization and industry to design an end-to-end secure client journey, establish a prioritized delivery roadmap, and lead the execution and optimization of this experience.
Manage the product lifecycle of our Digital Identity platform through discovery, design, MVP release, and ongoing optimization of the end-to-end client experience
Define and communicate a clear product vision that meets priority business and client security needs, while maintaining RBC’s market leadership
Conduct research and discovery to understand emerging market trends, use case patterns, and client expectations around identity and secure access
Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, designs, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
Partner closely with digital design, developers, QE, line-of-business partners, and Functional Risk teams to achieve the product vision through agile delivery and iterative learning
Support and assist impactful go-to-market plans, ensuring that team members, stakeholders, and executives have what they need to launch new capabilities and drive client adoption
Analyze client research and data to understand product performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement
Work closely with the technical development manager to lead the product functional design process based on intimate knowledge of users, technology, and security requirements
Represent the Digital Identity vision to stakeholders and partners, communicating strategy and demonstrating product value across diverse use cases and business units
Must have Skills:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Digital Product Management and ownership experience
Demonstrated success in delivering digital capability with agile teams
Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management
Technical aptitude with digital solutions (APIs, mobile, cloud platforms)
Fluent in data, analytics, and client-centric design
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Collaborative mindset with a bias toward innovation and practical problem-solving
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience in Financial Services, Security, or Identity platforms
Knowledge of identity standards, authentication protocols, or regulatory requirements
Agile Product Management certifications
Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
