About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the beauty and wellness industry is looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager, Digital to join their dynamic team. This role is key to driving the development and execution of digital product strategies that align with the company’s vision for growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a passion for product management, and the ability to translate user needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Digital Strategies: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless product experiences that enhance user engagement.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure products remain competitive and innovative.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and user feedback to iterate on products and drive continuous improvements, optimizing for user satisfaction and product performance.
• Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the product roadmap, setting clear priorities and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital products. Proven track record of successful product launches and managing product lifecycles.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with digital platforms, user experience design, and agile methodologies.
