The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager – Deployment, you will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of insurance products, ensuring commercial propositions are accurately configured, rigorously tested, and delivered with high quality and consistency.

You will play a central role in aligning cross-functional teams, embedding structured processes, and advancing automation and standardisation initiatives that enable faster, more scalable product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Product Implementation & Delivery

• Lead and govern end-to-end product deployment across systems and markets, ensuring accurate configuration of commercial offers
• Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure readiness and integrity prior to release
• Provide structured insights on delivery progress, performance metrics, and risk indicators to senior stakeholders
• Drive consistency through deployment frameworks, templates, and standard operating procedures

Process Optimisation & Automation

• Champion initiatives that streamline workflows from quotation through to delivery, enabling improved speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through data-led insights and smarter process design
• Embed repeatable, standardised approaches that support sustainable and future-ready product operations

Policy Documentation & Localisation

• Lead the development and governance of policy wordings, TMD, and related documentation
• Ensure all customer-facing materials are compliant, market-relevant, and aligned with global standards
• Partner with regional stakeholders to support localisation, ensuring regulatory and cultural accuracy

Product Inventory & Lifecycle Management

• Maintain a robust and transparent product inventory across markets
• Oversee lifecycle management, including product updates and controlled sunsetting activities
• Support broader go-to-market initiatives through effective coordination and governance

Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Act as a 1st Line of Defence, owning risk identification, incident management, and control assurance
• Lead operational risk assessments for product deployments and ensure appropriate controls are in place pre- and post-launch
• Drive a culture of accountability, traceability, and continuous risk improvement

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in Product, Underwriting, Compliance or a related function with end-to-end delivery ownership
• Strong understanding of the insurance or banking regulatory environment
• Experience in managing complex product implementations across systems and stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Data-informed approach to decision-making, with a focus on measurable outcomes and KPIs
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Structured problem-solving capability and attention to detail
• Experience working across regions and adapting to diverse market requirements
• Travel insurance experience and exposure to risk or compliance frameworks are advantageous
