As a Senior Product Manager at Dankort, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Vibenshuset in Copenhagen.

Together, we work on ensuring success for Dankort- Denmark’s domestic card scheme and a critical part of everyday commerce We operate a robust, secure payment network used across multiple channels (POS, e-commerce, ATM, unattended terminals) in close collaboration with banks and merchants.

What you’ll work on — impact for banks and merchants

For banks (issuers)

• You will help shape and deliver improvements that make Dankort easier to issue, operate, and evolve— balancing customer needs, operational realities, and regulatory constraints

For merchants and acquirers

• You will drive initiatives that improve the merchant experience: predictable settlement behavior, fewer points of friction at checkout, and cost-efficient acceptance—so merchants can confidently keep Dankort front and center.

This position is a senior role focused on customer-facing deliveries

In this position, you will:

• Translate bank and merchant needs into delivered product and platform improvements
• Own customer journeys across partners and u
• Drive discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap execution
• Ensure safe, stable, and predictable releases together with customers

What success looks like:

• Banks experience simpler integration and operations, and faster time-to-market
• Merchants see fewer frictions and stable, competitive acceptance
• Changes are delivered safely at scale in a high-availability, high-quality environment

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience delivering B2B or B2B2C products, services, and platforms with external partners
• Strong stakeholder and delivery skills
• Experience working closely with clients, technology, and internal/external stakeholders
• You speak the Danish and English languages fluently
• You bring an energetic behaviour and interest in connecting with stakeholders and a customer-first mindset

Bonus Skills:

• Background in payments or financial services is a plus
