Corporate Cards, known internally as Reap Card, is one of Reap Direct's core products and one of the main ways our customers experience the platform every day. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of this product and carry it forward.
This is a chance to own a mature, high-usage product end-to-end: the customer experience, the underlying product logic, and the operational workflows that keep it running smoothly. You will set the direction, decide what matters most, and make sure the product keeps getting better for the businesses that rely on it.
The mandate here is broad on purpose. You will have direct access to leadership, real room to shape the roadmap, and the space to make decisions that visibly move the product forward. If you want to own a meaningful product surface rather than a narrow slice of one, and you treat AI tools as part of your everyday toolkit, this is a strong fit.
Own Corporate Cards end-to-end: Take full responsibility for Reap Card as a product, from strategy and discovery through delivery, iteration, and ongoing operational follow-through. You define where the product goes and why, and you make sure it gets there.
Set direction and prioritise: Build a clear point of view on what the product needs, decide what to do now versus later, and keep the roadmap focused on the things that genuinely matter for customers and the business.
Turn complexity into a clear experience: Work closely with engineering, design, and our infrastructure teams to translate the moving parts behind card issuing and spend into workflows and experiences that feel simple, reliable, and trustworthy for business customers.
Raise the bar on quality and completeness: Look across the full lifecycle of the product, find the gaps and rough edges, and drive steady improvements in reliability, usability, and operational efficiency.
Partner across the organisation: Work fluidly with engineering, design, compliance, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams to ship well and to keep the product healthy as it scales.
5+ years of product management experience, with hands-on ownership of B2B or financial products that you carried end-to-end rather than managed as a single feature.
Proven, hands-on experience building or owning card products. You understand how cards work and have shipped real product in this space, not just adjacent to it.
Comfortable owning a product domain on your own: you create structure where none exists, define the path forward, and drive outcomes without waiting for a playbook to be handed to you.
Strong ability to translate complex technical or operational realities into clear, intuitive experiences, without losing the underlying rigor.
A data-informed decision-maker who can identify the right signals, use them to prioritise, and stay honest about what is and is not working.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and in a fast-moving environment where speed and pragmatism matter as much as thoroughness.
Proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and finance, and of earning trust through clarity and results rather than authority.
Experience with cards, payments, or other transaction-heavy financial products.
Experience building products on top of bank, scheme, processor, or stablecoin infrastructure.
Experience in high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly and ownership is expected from day one.
Experience with stablecoin or crypto.
