We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Content Management based in Singapore. This position will report to the Director of Product Management. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to help define, execute, and scale Viki’s content management strategy.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product ownership of designing and delivering an efficient, scalable content management platform for our internal operations teams from developing a product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the product development lifecycle to deliver business impact.
Own and drive the entire product feature lifecycle, from conception to launch, KPI ownership along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.
Partner with key stakeholders across the business and engineering to identify and prioritize major problems and opportunities to build an aligned roadmap.
Mentor and coach junior product managers, providing guidance, best practices, and fostering a collaborative workplace.
Develop clear product specifications, detailed user stories, success metrics, and go-to-market plan with key business stakeholders, breaking down large problem spaces into a series of smaller problem hypotheses for rapid execution.
Balancing feature delivery and product quality bug/incident fixes. Partnering with the engineering team in sprint planning and managing development milestone tracking, production rollout, and post-production support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience and has demonstrated strong logical and product thinking across product management and software development lifecycles. Content management system design and leading internal stakeholders experiences preferred.
Experience in crafting clear product requirements and collaborating with UX designers to develop wireframes and mock-ups effectively to support business requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills with strong oral and written communication skills to interact and influence both business and engineering stakeholders.
Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering successful products through agile approach that consistently exceeding user expectations.
Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a diverse working environment.
Experience building internal systems with 3rd party SaaS integrations is preferred.
