About this Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Commercial Heat Pumps These systems are used in some of the most important building and industrial projects around the globe. You will create and execute technical sales strategies for commercial air and water cooled heat pumps across the globe.
Responsibilities include all aspects of the creation and delivery of sales strategies to the global selling organization. Drive the sales organization to make sure they are knowledgeable and articulate on the products, tools and strategies. Meet with critical customers as the Carrier industrial heat pump subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
Be the recognized subject matter expert on product of responsibility.
Leverage your unique expertise to develop strategies that promote and sell air and water-cooled heat pumps.
Work with colleagues from across Europe, North America and Asia to identify and implement sales best practices.
Provide feedback to the broader marketing team regarding unique, next generation sales tools to promote the value of our products
As the recognized systems expert, support pre-sale meetings with decision makers on high profile chiller systems
Collect Voice of Customer feedback for future program development
Help in the creation of business cases for various heat pump programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Engineering
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience in Commercial HVAC Sales, Product Management, Application Engineering or Design
Experience with semi-custom and custom commercial applied chillers or heat pumps
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
HVAC industry experience with consulting engineers and end owners
