About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of the most significant transformation programs within Bupa's Health Insurance business.

As Senior Product Manager – Claims, you will own the strategic roadmap for Bupa's claims capability and lead the end-to-end modernisation of how claims are processed, managed and delivered. Working across business and technology functions, you'll drive large-scale transformation initiatives that simplify processes, increase automation, improve customer experiences and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Leading multiple Agile squads across onshore and offshore teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of claims through platform modernisation, process redesign and digital innovation. This role requires a strong transformation leader who can influence at all levels, navigate complexity and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• Private Health Insurance experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Senior Product Management experience with ownership of strategic roadmaps and delivery outcomes.
• Experience leading multiple Agile squads and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering platform modernisation, cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives.
• A track record of driving operational improvements through automation, process redesign and technology enablement.
• Exceptional resilience, leadership and the ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
