As a Senior Product Manager in Bolt Drive, you will own the end-to-end user experience within your domain, shaping product strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention in line with broader business goals. You will define clear success metrics, including business impact, and use them to guide decisions and measure outcomes. Your work will focus on strengthening demand generation, improving retention and reactivation, evolving the daily commute use case, and optimising marketplace dynamics in an asset-heavy, geo-focused environment.

• <point>You have experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and you've shown your ability to drive business growth repeatedly.</point>
• <point>You have experience building and scaling user-facing products, with strong product sense and customer empathy.</point>
• <point>You have deep expertise in experimentation and data-driven decision making, and you are comfortable operating with imperfect or limited datasets.</point>
• <point>You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working closely with product analysts and data scientists to form and validate product strategy.</point>
• <point>You can communicate fluently in English, and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.</point>
• <point>Having automotive, carsharing, or car rentals experience is a plus, but not a critical requirement.</point>
