As a Senior Product Manager on Hertz’s Billing team, you will lead the development of products that deliver a seamless, transparent billing experience for our customers. Your work will focus on building trust in the Hertz brand while reducing exposure to bad debt. You will drive the vision for a modern billing platform, leveraging intuitive, self-service digital experiences to eliminate friction, increase clarity, and reduce customer anxiety throughout the journey.
This role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership in defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless, customer-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable solutions and ship features in a complex environment. Your role will involve modernizing legacy applications, manage technical debt, and integrating various systems to enhance customer experience.

Identify and implement metrics for estimating the impact of changes to the existing risk management platforms and tools.
What We're Looking For:
We expect the starting salary to be around $150,000 with annual bonus and profit-sharing eligibility. The actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience
