Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and help expand Imagen beyond our PLG SMB base into larger clients and enterprise customers. This role will focus on sales enablement and enterprise adoption: partnering closely with Sales, R&D, and our AI teams to unlock bigger, faster, and more scalable deals.

This is not a “feature factory” role. You will balance the needs of high-value customers with the company’s long-term product vision — ensuring we accelerate sales while building capabilities that scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, with a focus on features that unblock sales, shorten deal cycles, and increase expansion revenue.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deeply understand enterprise client requirements and turn them into scalable product opportunities.
• Work closely with AI and R&D to define and deliver solutions that balance enterprise needs with PLG simplicity.
• Prioritize ruthlessly under sales pressure — decide when to commit, when to push back, and when to find creative alternatives.
• Drive continuous discovery: interview customers, shadow sales calls, analyze feedback, and validate assumptions before heavy investment.
• Define and track success metrics tied to both customer adoption and sales outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, with proven work on enterprise or sales-driven products.
• Customer-obsessed, with empathy for both individual users and business buyers.
• Experience collaborating directly with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Experience leading AI products.
• A track record of designing, building, launching and improving user-facing products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to align Sales, R&D, leadership, and customers.
• Analytical and decisive, with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom - Advantage.
• Photography background - Big advantage.
