At Tise, our goal is to make the world favori'tise second hand by making it easy, fun, and inspiring to buy and sell pre-loved items through our marketplace. Sustainability is at the core of what we do, and we use our platform to help people make more conscious choices every day. With millions of users across the Nordics and a passionate community of Tise'ers, we've experienced strong growth in recent years. Tise is now part of eBay, one of the world's largest marketplaces - opening up a new chapter for scaling our product and technology even faster. The Tise team counts around 120 people, with around 45 people in Oslo across Product Management, Design, Engineering and Data & Machine Learning.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our cross-functional Supply team in Oslo.
As a Senior PM at Tise, you will balance leading a long-term strategic domain with accomplishing short-term impact. Specifically, you will take the reins of our Supply domain. Your team’s mission is to empower sellers with delightful tools and seamless integrations to build a relevant fashion inventory that Tise’s community loves. The team’s domains encompasses listing creation, seller tools, inventory density, and eBay cross-listing initiatives.
For this pivotal role, we want a leader who seamlessly blends deep analytical rigor with exceptional product taste—someone who knows how to build visually appealing, sleek solutions that captivate a Gen Z audience.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Domain Ownership: Translate Tise's mission into a high-impact roadmap for the Supply domain, navigating complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
Elevate Product Taste & Experience: Partner closely with Design and Engineering to craft visually stunning, and frictionless interfaces. You ensure our seller ecosystem directly resonates with the lifestyle, trends, and high aesthetic expectations of our Gen Z user base.
Outcome-Driven Execution: Establish and monitor success metrics aligned with company OKRs, prioritizing meaningful outcomes over output using data to validate impact.
Full-Cycle Delivery & Workflow Innovation: Drive the execution of the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. You maintain a high bar for excellence while prioritizing momentum and validated learning. We expect you to be at the forefront of modern product delivery, actively experimenting with AI tools to optimize team workflows and favor early, iterative releases over waiting for a 'perfect' solution.
Communicate and Evolve: Keep stakeholders aligned and the company informed through transparent storytelling.
Experience: 5+ years in Product Management (or equivalent), leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software, marketplace, or data solutions.
Impeccable Product Taste: A consistent track record of building visually compelling, and highly engaging consumer-facing products.
Proven Impact: A track record of driving meaningful growth in platform, product, or business targets through rigorous product optimization.
Communication Excellence: The ability to manage stakeholders and articulate complex product or technical strategies with clarity and confidence.
The AI Bonus: Hands-on experience applying AI tech within product development or using AI tools to optimize team workflows is a definite plus.
Work with a passionate team building a product used by millions.
A healthy work-life balance and flexible work setup.
Opportunities to grow alongside a scaling product and engineering organization.
A collaborative culture where engineers, product managers, and designers work closely together.
The chance to help make sustainable living easy and fun.
The position is a full-time permanent role based in Oslo.
