JoomAI is an AI operator that runs the entire trade workflow — niche discovery, sourcing, customs classification, listing optimization, pricing, advertising — powered by proprietary data and connected to every major marketplace and platform the operator already uses.

JoomAI is a key initiative of Joom Group, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes the following businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPro, the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace; JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will own both discovery and delivery for our AI assistant for Brazilian e-commerce sellers. The product works as a consultant today and is moving towards an operator mode, where it performs actions for the seller.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and delivery end to end, from user research to shipped features
• Conduct Jobs to be Done research with sellers, focusing on their business needs
• Launch agent-based services for listings, advertising, promotions, finance, reconciliation and supply
• Build prototypes independently using AI tools and a ready-made UI component library
• Run product analytics independently with AI tools
• Drive retention and daily active usage as the key product metrics
• Travel to Brazil to meet customers and attend industry events

Requirements

• Senior-level product management, preferably in e-commerce and B2B products
• Daily use of AI tools, hands-on prototyping and ownership beyond a narrow scope
• Hands-on experience conducting Jobs to be Done interviews
• Aability to move quickly from discussion to delivery as priorities change
• Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate to Lisbon
• Readiness for regular business trips to Brazil
• Fluent English
