Experian's Enterprise Software Solutions (ESS) business is accelerating the adoption of AI-native products that transform Credit, Fraud, and Identity Operations. Our mission is to empower organizations with intelligent solutions that improve analyst productivity, decision quality, auditability, compliance, and customer experience through scalable AI-powered workflows and decision support capabilities.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered Credit and Fraud Operations products, leading product discovery, strategy, roadmap prioritization, and delivery execution. You will work closely with global Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Design, and business stakeholders to build innovative AI-native experiences including intelligent agents, case management solutions, and operational workflows that drive measurable business outcomes in highly regulated environments.
You will play a key role in defining how AI is embedded into operational processes, balancing customer needs, business objectives, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility while influencing cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
The context of this role involves operating within a high-growth AI product environment, partnering with globally distributed teams, managing competing stakeholder priorities, and delivering scalable solutions that meet governance, auditability, and regulatory requirements.
