Turing’s mission is to accelerate superintelligence to drive real economic progress. Headquartered in San Francisco, Turing works with frontier AI labs to generate high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and frontier research benchmarks that improve model capabilities in software engineering, enterprise knowledge work, and advanced STEM reasoning. In software engineering, Turing is the largest and longest-running data provider in the category. Turing also works with Fortune 500 enterprises across financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail, automotive, and CPG to build and deploy end-to-end agentic AI systems inside mission-critical workflows. By operating on both sides, Turing closes the loop between frontier research and enterprise deployment, turning real-world deployment signals into better data, evaluations, and more capable models. Role: Senior Product Manager, AI (Enterprise AI)
Location: New York City, NY
Experience Level: 8+ years
Compensation: $200,000 - $230,000 base salary + equity
Work Model: Hybrid
Enterprise AI is a distinct business unit within Turing, operating with the speed, focus, and ownership of a rapidly scaling startup. When it comes to applied AI in the workplace, you’ll define the frontier by building beyond it.
As a Senior Product Manager, AI, you’ll work with global financial services clients to set the direction for and build AI solutions inside their most critical back-office functions. You’ll partner with managing directors and business owners, go deep on areas like fund accounting, books and records, and core accounting, and work alongside Turing’s engineering team to turn that understanding into AI products that deliver measurable business value.
This is a product role for someone who drives direction, not someone who only manages a backlog.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for platforms supporting Back Office Operations, especially around Fund controller accounting and Global Business Finance. The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience combined with deep knowledge of financial operations, operational controls, and controller functions.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and operations teams to modernize back-office platforms and improve operational efficiency. While familiarity with AI is a plus, the primary focus is on delivering business value through well-designed operational systems rather than building AI solutions.
Work directly with senior leadership, managing directors, and business owners to understand how each part of the business operates, uncover where AI can create the most value, and turn that into a clear product vision, roadmap, and set of priorities.
Learn each domain you take on (fund accounting, books and records, core accounting, and beyond) in depth, and translate its workflows, controls, and pain points into AI product requirements that meet audit and governance standards.
Lead AI products from discovery through delivery. Define and run evals to measure model and agent quality, design human-in-the-loop workflows that keep operators in control, and coordinate with engineering on the backlog, user stories, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Product leadership in financial services: 8+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with significant time in financial services and strong BFSI domain literacy.
Shipped AI products: A track record of taking LLM-based or agentic products to production.
Hands-on evals and human-in-the-loop design: Experience defining evals for AI systems and designing workflows where people and AI work together.
AI fluency: Hands-on depth with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude, well beyond basic familiarity.
Executive stakeholder management: The ability to earn trust with senior business leaders, manage roadmaps and priorities, and keep engineering and business teams aligned.
Nice to have: Fund accounting experience (NAV integrity, break resolution, exception management, controller sign-off) or hands-on time with Geneva/SS&C, Eagle, Advent, Paxus, or similar platforms.

You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Turing is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems.
Turing helps customers in two ways: Working with the world’s leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM and frontier knowledge; and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that solve mission-critical priorities for companies.
Powering this growth is Turing’s talent cloud—an AI-vetted pool of 4M+ software engineers, data scientists, and STEM experts who can train models and build AI applications. All of this is orchestrated by ALAN—our AI-powered platform for matching and managing talent, and generating high-quality human and synthetic data to improve model performance. ALAN also accelerates workflows for model and agent evals, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, reinforcement learning with human feedback, preference-pair generation, benchmarking, data capture for pre-training, post-training, and building AI applications.
Turing—based in San Francisco, California—was named #1 on The Information’s annual list of “Top 50 Most Promising B2B Companies,” and has been profiled by Fast Company, TechCrunch, Reuters, Semafor, VentureBeat, Entrepreneur, CNBC, Forbes, and many others.
