We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI
to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-driven workflow automation solutions within a regulated healthcare environment. This role will focus on transforming manual processes into intelligent AI-orchestrated systems while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Agentic AI solutions
Partner with engineering and data teams to design AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks
Drive workflow automation initiatives and human-in-the-loop (HIL) processes
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical safety, and governance standards
Lead Agile product delivery, backlog prioritization, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communication
Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of Product Management experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML or intelligent automation
Strong understanding of:
LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI workflow orchestration and automation
Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
