We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Everyday Banking Acquisition team, where you'll shape and deliver customer propositions, acquisition initiatives and go-to-market campaigns that impact millions of customers.

The Everyday Banking Acquisition team is responsible for driving customer growth through transaction accounts, savings products and term deposits. We develop and execute acquisition strategies, customer propositions, strategic partnerships and campaigns that attract new customers and improve engagement across key customer segments.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, we work across a broad network of stakeholders to deliver initiatives that improve acquisition performance, optimise customer journeys and create better customer outcomes.

Do work that matters

• Reporting to the Product Lead, Acquisition, you'll play a key role in supporting both acquisition strategy and execution while coordinating delivery across multiple initiatives and stakeholders. You'll bring leadership through influence, experience, and mentoring, helping uplift product management capability across the team.
• Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies that drive customer growth and business performance.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer propositions, offers, campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Drive go-to-market planning and execution across multiple channels.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Finance, Pricing, Analytics, Customer Experience and other business areas.
• Build compelling business cases and pricing recommendations, supporting governance and approval processes while managing competing priorities and adapt quickly to evolving business needs and emerging opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends and performance data.
• Optimise acquisition journeys across digital channels, including websites and app experiences.
• Monitor performance, provide insights and drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers, sharing expertise and helping build product management capability across the team.

• Demonstrated experience in product management, ideally with 5+ years in a product, growth or acquisition-focused role.
• Strong acquisition, customer growth or go-to-market experience.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from strategy through to execution.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience making data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience navigating complex, cross-functional environments.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A collaborative leadership style with the capability to coach and mentor others.
• Resilience, adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
