About Flutter UKI:

Flutter UK & Ireland are the UKI region of Flutter Entertainment. They unite a dozen brands, including powerhouses Paddy Power, Betfair, Tombola and Sky Betting & Gaming, bringing together hundreds of teams and thousands of colleagues, who create trusted entertainment for millions of customers every week.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer & Accounts product domain. The role presents an opportunity to shape customer experiences in a leading Sports & Gaming brand across multiplejurisdictions This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer obsession, strong delivery execution, and leadership. You willoperatewith a high standard of product thinking across data, user experience, and stakeholder engagement while actively mentoring others and helping shape the broader direction of the Customer & Accounts domain.

We are seeking someone with proven experienceoperatingacross multiple regulatory regions, who can confidently navigate complex compliance landscapes.You’llwork closely with stakeholders to champion customer‑first solutions, ensuring theyremaincompliant while constructively challenging assumptions to deliver the best possible experience.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive product initiativesthat ladder up to the Customer & Accounts strategy and roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with customer outcomes and business goals.

  • Champion customer‑first requirements, shaping solutions that deliver excellent experiences while meeting regulatory expectations across multiplejurisdictions

  • Continuously improve processes and ways of working, collaborating with your line manager and key stakeholders to raise delivery quality and product maturity.

  • Use data and insightsto inform product enhancements, optimise user journeys, and maximise retention, engagement, and conversion.

  • Identifyand resolve customer pain points, introducing improvements that enhance usability, reduce friction, and build trust.

  • Connect customer feedback and behavioural datato roadmap decisions, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable, customer‑centric impact.

  • Lead Voice of the Customer programmes(surveys, usability tests, focus groups) to validatedirection and uncover unmet needs.

  • Collaborate with design and researchto deliver intuitive, accessible experiences aligned with UX best practices.

  • Ensure platform stability, scalability, and ease of use, partnering with engineering tomaintainhigh performance standards.

  • Build strong relationships across the Flutter group, influencing shared priorities and driving alignment on cross‑market initiatives.

  • Communicate Betfair plans and product outcomesclearly and confidently to maximise visibility and impact across the business.

  • Identifyopportunities for cross‑Flutter collaboration, unlocking shared value and efficiencies.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, using this knowledge to inform product direction.

  • Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, working with modern technology and evolving customer expectations.

  • Mentor and support a Product Manager/Product Owner, helping them grow their product craft, delivery capability, and strategic thinking.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

  • 3-5yrs Product Managementexperience

  • 3-5yrspreviousline mgt

  • Experience running lean UX discovery processes

  • Proven ability toassess risk anddeliver highvalue initiatives(e.g.Customer Safety &Compliance)

  • Excellent presentationand communicationskills, ability to communicate with all levels of the business

  • Encourage the learning and use of data to influence decisions

  • Proactivelyidentifyand tackle personal growth areas

  • Initiate researchprogramsthatidentifyhow we can best serve the needs of our customers

  • Ability tomaintaina balance between short term deliverables and long-term strategy

  • Proactiveand curiousin nature
