D-ID is building the next generation of human-AI interaction. Our hyper-realistic, interactive avatars power everything from studio-quality generated videos to real-time interactive AI experiences for developers and enterprises around the world.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (5–7 years of experience) to own D-ID’s video offering and lead its convergence with our real-time agents. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, joining a team that values clear thinking, strong execution, and meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do?

• Own the video product line - lead strategy, roadmap and execution for D-ID’s video generation offering (Studio and API), from creation workflows to output quality, speed and scale.
• Own the platform convergence strategy - shape how D-ID’s video generation and interactive agents come together into one product. Set the vision, design and execute the combined experiences to drive expansion, retention and competitive differentiation.
• Build with AI, not just for it. Use AI tools every day across the product workflow. Prototype ideas directly with tools like Claude Design and use AI to speed up research, specs, competitive analysis and data work. Help set how the product team works AI-first.
• Own the product end-to-end - lead the full product lifecycle, from early concept and requirements, to launch and adoption. Define product KPIs, track performance, and constantly improve outcomes.
• Shape strategy and roadmap - build and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap grounded in user needs, competitive landscape, and business priorities. Turn market and customer insights into product decisions.
• Drive development with R&D - work closely with engineering, research, and design to define requirements, scope work and ensure smooth delivery. Manage trade-offs, timelines, cost and product quality.
• Lead customer-facing execution - understand customer needs deeply and translate them into product improvements and scalable solutions.
• Packaging, pricing and go-to-market. Shape how video and agents are packaged, priced and sold together in partnership with sales, marketing and customer success.
• Research, validate, and iterate - conduct competitive analysis and explore emerging technologies. Refine pricing, packaging, and business models to support company goals.

Who You Are?

• A hands-on PM with 5-7 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
• Proven ability to take products from idea → launch → scale.
• Strong technical understanding, working on APIs, backend systems, integrations, or SaaS platforms.
• AI-native in how you work. Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Design, Cursor, Lovable) for prototyping, research and writing. You’d rather show a working prototype than a static spec, and you know where AI speeds you up and where it needs your judgment.
• Experience owning a video, content-creation or media product - strong advantage.
• Experience integrating or consolidating multiple products into one platform or user journey - strong advantage.
• A strong sense for design and user experience.
• Experience building B2B and/or B2B2C products and working with enterprise customers.
• Comfortable working with data, user research, and clear KPIs to guide decisions.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or conversational interfaces - strong advantage.
• Creative thinker who can spot opportunities early and turn them into real products.
• Excellent communicator who works well with engineering, design, sales, and customers.
• Strong product sense, strong execution, and strong ownership.
• Fluent in English.
