Job Description

As Senior Product Manager for 888casino, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for the brand, translating customer, commercial and business priorities into clear product outcomes. You will be the senior product leader within the 888casino team, driving alignment across stakeholders and ensuring teams focus on the highest-value opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and evolve the 888casino product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead prioritization of major product initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, data and strategic priorities.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and Compliance to deliver key initiatives.
• Define product objectives, success measures and business outcomes, using data and customer insight to guide decisions.
• Lead complex and high-impact initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Balance revenue growth, customer experience, regulatory requirements and technical considerations when making product decisions.
• Provide clear product direction to development teams and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Influence senior stakeholders and communicate product strategy, progress, trade-offs and recommendations clearly.
• Identify future opportunities and build a strong pipeline of initiatives that continue to improve the 888casino proposition.
• Provide product leadership and guidance to other Product Managers within the 888casino team.
• The emphasis on senior-level stakeholder management, prioritization, lifecycle ownership and managing scope/dependencies is also consistent with internal evoke product-role guidance.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Strong experience in real money gaming is essential, ideally within online casino, betting or another regulated gaming environment.
• Significant experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning strategy and roadmaps for complex digital products.
• Deep understanding of real money gaming customer journeys, commercial drivers, regulatory considerations and responsible gaming requirements.
• Proven experience delivering complex, commercially important initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly autonomous, self-led and comfortable operating independently, with the ability to identify priorities, make decisions and drive initiatives forward with limited oversight.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, using data and customer insight to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with senior leadership.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Marketing and Compliance teams.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into clear product priorities, measurable outcomes and executable plans.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide direction, challenge constructively and guide other Product Managers.
