Job Description

Position: Senior Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and product metrics to identify opportunities and address product gaps.
• Develop innovative ideas to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth and conversion rates.
• Draft detailed product specifications, assess various scenarios, and analyze pros and cons.
• Translate product strategy into actionable requirements and prototypes, while conducting scenario and impact analyses.
• Prioritize and scope activities based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to implement new features.
• Serve as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the organization.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a product marketing or product manager, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development (e.g., SQL).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Keen intuition for user behavior, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and manage cross-functional projects.
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills and a sense of ownership in execution.
• Highly adaptable team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluency in both Thai and English is required.
