About the Role

The Senior Product Manager, New Markets is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced healthcare technology Product leader who will help shape, build, launch, and commercialize patient-facing digital solutions while strengthening Product Management practices across SONIFI Health.

This role requires meaningful experience owning healthcare software products, partnering closely with Engineering, and successfully taking net-new products from discovery and validation through development, launch, and commercialization. The ideal candidate has worked with patient-facing or consumer-style healthcare technology at meaningful scale and is comfortable partnering directly with customers, executives, and commercial teams.

In addition to owning and advancing Product initiatives, this role will help SONIFI Health evaluate adjacent markets and future growth opportunities through customer discovery, market analysis, and business-case development.

What You’ll Do

Market & Customer Insight

• Lead ongoing market research and voice of customer (VoC) efforts to uncover emerging needs, trends, and opportunities across patient engagement and healthcare staff workflows
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights—including customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis—into clear, actionable opportunity narratives
• Develop market segmentation models, use case frameworks, and problem statements to guide strategic exploration and prioritization

Opportunity Definition & Strategy Development

• Identify and shape new product concepts, innovation themes, and market adjacencies aligned with company strategy
• Evaluate opportunities based on customer value, market potential, feasibility, and strategic fit
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to refine opportunity hypotheses and support solution framing or validation activities when appropriate

Business Case & Investment Support

• Develop and maintain business cases for new product and market opportunities, including market sizing, value propositions, risks, and expected impact
• Support leadership decision making through clear analyses, trade offs, and recommendations
• Contribute to prioritization discussions and investment planning across the product portfolio

Roadmap & Execution Alignment

• Inform product and portfolio roadmaps with market backed insight, strategic rationale, and context
• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering partners to ensure alignment between opportunity intent and execution plans alongside competing priorities
• Provide strategic guidance on business and stakeholder requirements during development, pilots, or incubation efforts to ensure solutions remain aligned with original market and customer intent

Healthcare Expertise & Thought Leadership

• Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, workflows, and regulatory considerations influencing product adoption and success
• Act as a strategic thought partner on innovation trends, elevating cross functional discussions with real world healthcare perspective
• Advocate for solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for patients, clinicians, and healthcare organizations

What You’ll Need

• 7+ years of progressive Product Management experience, including meaningful experience owning and delivering healthcare technology products
• Demonstrated experience with patient-facing, consumer-style, or B2B2C healthcare technology
• Demonstrated experience taking at least one net-new software product from discovery and validation through development and commercial launch, rather than primarily delivering incremental features or enhancements
• Strong experience partnering directly with software Engineering teams throughout the Product lifecycle
• Experience operating and evolving products at meaningful scale
• Demonstrated executive presence and experience working directly with customers and senior leaders
• Experience partnering with and enabling Sales or other commercial teams around positioning, launches, customer conversations, and market adoption
• Ability to operate successfully as a senior individual contributor while bringing Product Management practices, perspective, and leadership that strengthen the broader Product organization

Preferred:

• Experience conducting market assessments, evaluating adjacent opportunities, or supporting new-market entry
• Experience developing market sizing, competitive analysis, business cases, and investment recommendations

Generally starting at $100,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on location, experience, education, specialty, and training. This position is also eligible for paid time off, holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, pet insurance, on demand pay, and other benefits.
