Do work that matters

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the ongoing evolution of our home loan repayments experience, helping customers manage one of the most important financial products in their lives. You'll work across repayment, redraw and recast capabilities, identifying customer problems, validating solutions and driving initiatives from concept through to delivery. Balancing customer needs, business objectives and risk considerations, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the in-life home loan experience.

You will:

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the home loan repayment, recast and redraw experience.

• Lead product discovery, translating customer insights and needs into validated solutions.

• Drive delivery of customer-focused initiatives while meeting risk, regulatory and business requirements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence priorities and deliver outcomes.

• Coach and support developing product talent while fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement.

• Identify, assess and manage the repayments risk profile, ensuring effective risk mitigation, timely remediation and successful closure.

• Have extensive Product Management experience, ideally at Senior Product Manager level.

• Independently lead complex initiatives, translating strategy into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

• Bring strong critical thinking, curiosity and structured problem-solving skills.

• Balance customer needs, commercial objectives and risk considerations to make effective product decisions.

• Lead product discovery, experimentation and validation to deliver valuable customer outcomes.

• Build trusted stakeholder relationships, influence across teams and foster a growth mindset focused on exceptional customer experiences.
