Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is excited about building category-defining AI products, working directly with enterprise customers, and shaping the future of agentic experiences.

We work primarily remotely, with one collaborative team day from our Tel Aviv office.

About the Role

You'll co-lead ExpertX, GrowthSpace's AI agent platform. ExpertX deploys AI agents into client organizations to answer questions, train, and coach employees which means success isn't defined by shipping features. It's defined by customer adoption, measurable business KPIs, and expanding from initial use cases into broad organizational deployments.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup. You'll shape product strategy, drive execution, partner closely with Engineering, and work directly with enterprise customers often all within the same week.

What You'll Do

• Co-lead ExpertX end-to-end from product vision and roadmap through delivery and measurable customer impact.
• Own the product lifecycle from customer discovery and prioritization to requirements, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Translate customer insights into scalable product opportunities by partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success.
• Partner with Engineering to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact AI capabilities.
• Shape the agent experience, including trust, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, and graceful handling of AI uncertainty.
• Design persona-specific product experiences for Builders, Admins, Managers, and End Users.
• Define how AI agents are created and maintained, including knowledge architecture, prompting standards, and quality assurance.
• Support customer growth by partnering with Sales and Customer Success on adoption, QBRs, governance discussions, and expansion opportunities.
• Present product strategy and roadmap to senior customer stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment by making thoughtful trade-offs, moving quickly, and adapting as priorities evolve.

Reporting to: VP Product

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including shipping AI-powered or agent-centric products.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including discovery, stakeholder management, and executive presentations.
• Strong understanding of AI product challenges, including trust, human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluation, and non-deterministic AI behavior.
• Proven ability to translate customer problems into scalable product solutions rather than custom implementations.
• At least 3 years of Product Management experience in a startup environment (preferably under 200 employees).
• Comfortable owning strategy, execution, and customer engagement in a highly autonomous role.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Land & Expand product strategies in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge architecture, AI evaluation, or agent frameworks.
• Experience building products powered by LLMs or generative AI technologies.
