As a Senior Product Manager for Fleet Management Solutions, you’ll play a key role in transforming complex data into real value for customers across Europe.

As Senior Product Manager for FMS, you will own the strategy and lifecycle of a broad fleet solutions ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of hardware, data, and software—bringing together information from vehicles and assets to create actionable insights.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, data & AI teams, and other product areas to build an integrated “intelligence layer” that helps customers optimize operations and meet regulatory requirements.
You will take end-to-end ownership of a complex product area, including:
Define and drive product strategy for mixed fleets (HCVs, LCVs, passenger vehicles and non-powered assets such as trailers and containers)
Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and roadmap planning to launch, scaling and phase-out
Lead the transition from hardware-dependent solutions to more flexible, hardware-agnostic data models
Work with Data & AI teams to ensure high-quality data ingestion, normalization, and value creation
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX/UI and Engineering to deliver data-driven decision support and predictive insights
Define and track key success metrics such as revenue growth, customer retention and onboarding efficiency
Ensure compliance with European regulations (e.g. tachograph, GDPR, ESG reporting) in collaboration with relevant product areas
Communicate product value clearly and continuously optimize adoption, performance and profitability
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of the fleet or transport domain. You likely have:
Experience in product management, ideally in fleet, mobility, telematics or transport technology
A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in this space
Experience working with complex, data-driven products
The ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
A structured and analytical way of solving problems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
It’s a plus if you have:
Experience leading or mentoring other product managers
Experience working in international environments
Familiarity with compliance-heavy domains or regulated industries
