Senior Product Manager

What you'll do

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for key parts of the end-to-end home lending sales journey
  • Partner with cross-functional squads (engineering, design, data) to deliver complex, scalable platforms
  • Reimagine existing experiences and redesign the way staff support the home lending sales journey from the ground up
  • Be the bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment and clarity across stakeholders
  • Drive outcomes across multiple channels including digital, assisted and AI-enabled experiences
  • Influence and collaborate with a broad stakeholder group across business, technology, risk and operations

What you'll bring

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager, someone who blends strong product leadership with deep technical understanding

Core experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in complex, technology-led environments
  • Strong background in platform or product delivery at scale
  • Track record of designing and leading complex, cross-functional delivery
  • Strong domain knowledge in home lending

Technical depth:

  • Strong technical fluency across modern platforms, including APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure and integration patterns.
  • Experience working with data, AI or automation capabilities to create measurable customer, operational or commercial value.
  • Able to challenge, shape and simplify technical options with solution designers and engineers, turning complex trade-offs into clear product decisions.

  • You bring strong technical fluency across platforms, APIs, data and cloud, and can partner credibly with solution designer and engineers.
  • You think beyond delivery, using customer insight, commercial impact and measurable outcomes to shape what should be built and why.
  • You can influence across product, technology, risk, operations and frontline teams without losing momentum or diluting the product vision.
