Job Description

Join one of Indonesia’s premier fintech platforms as a Senior Product Manager. We are seeking a growth-oriented problem-solver to elevate our consumer-facing products and help drive our mission forward. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle—from ideation to execution—while designing and implementing strategies to scale our offerings. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver a world-class, seamless, and highly reliable financial experience for our customers.

  • Shape and execute product strategy to hit key business targets while collaborating across cross-functional and product teams.
  • Own team OKRs and the product roadmap, keeping deliverables aligned with the broader organization's goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial scoping and feature prioritization to launch and post-launch impact analysis.
  • Draft comprehensive PRDs and translate user requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
  • Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, leading daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Drive data-backed decision-making by defining key performance metrics and building dashboards to analyze product success.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with engineering leads, business executives, and key stakeholders to ensure streamlined product delivery.

Job qualifications

  • Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Product Track Record: 4+ years managing successful consumer tech products, backed by excellent design sensibilities and product instincts (bonus points for knowledge of the financial technology sector and its current trends).
  • Agility: Skilled at simplifying complex problems and defining clear solutions in fast-moving settings.
  • Multidisciplinary Fluency: Ability to speak the language of data, design, engineering, and business to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset; uses data-backed insights to justify and prioritize feature requirements.
  • Autonomy: Highly organized with an eye for quality and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Influence: Articulate communicator and negotiator who can align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Drive: A high-energy professional who thrives on absolute accountability and a "go-getter" attitude.
