Job Description

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of Product Management, Experimentation/Testing, and data-driven product experience
• Strong expertise in enterprise-scale experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, StatSig, or similar
• Deep understanding of advanced experimentation methodologies including:
  • A/B Testing ; Multivariate Testing; Multivariate Testing; Holdout Testing; Sequential Testing
  • Statistical significance, sample sizing, bias, variance analysis
• Ability to perform deep experiment analysis and derive actionable business insights
• Experience building or scaling experimentation frameworks, governance, and best practices
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, and Product teams

Preferred Background:
Candidates from leading technology companies such as Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta, Netflix, or large-scale retail/eCommerce organizations will be highly preferred.
